• Measurements are for the cover; expect roughly ½" variance from hand-sewing

The Cover

The cover is removable and machine-washable. Unzip it and take the insert out first.

• Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with like colors
• No bleach
• Hang dry — don't tumble dry
• If you need to iron, low heat only, and never directly on the print

The Insert

• Hand wash only in cool water with mild detergent
• Press out the water gently — don't wring or twist
• Air dry fully before putting the cover back on
• No machine washing, bleaching, tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning

Keeping the Print Sharp

Cold water and hang drying are what keep the graphic crisp. Heat is the enemy — it's what fades prints and causes cracking over time. Some pilling on the fabric is normal with polyester and doesn't affect the print.

Shipping

Every pillow is made to order — nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. Production takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships.

Domestic delivery typically takes another 1–8 business days depending on your location and the carrier. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Production times can run longer during holidays and major drops.

Free shipping on orders $150 and up. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each pillow is produced specifically for your order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or sizing preference — check the Size & Dimensions tab before you order.

If something's wrong on our end, we'll fix it:

• Damaged in transit or misprinted — email a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement. No return shipping needed.
• Wrong item received — same deal. Photo, free replacement.
