We stand behind what we make. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Print-On-Demand Products
Most Producer Drip products — hats, pillows, mouse pads, and apparel — are made to order through our fulfillment partner Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
We make sure product descriptions are as detailed as possible before you buy so you know exactly what you're getting.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund it — no questions asked. You have 30 days from the delivery date to report an issue.

- A clear photo of the defect or damage
- Your preference — replacement or refund
We'll handle it from there. Replacements are shipped at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll send the correct one immediately.
Exclusive Drop Items
All sales on limited drop and exclusive release items are final. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances except manufacturing defects.
Digital Products & Sound Kits
All digital downloads including sound kits and audio files are non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we'll resolve it.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
