Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information Producer Drip collects, how it's used, and what choices you have.

What We Collect

When you visit the store, place an order, play the PD Arcade, or sign up for emails or SMS, we may collect:

• Name, email address, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order or subscribe
• Payment information — processed securely by Shopify Payments and never stored on our servers
• Browsing behavior on our site via cookies, Shopify analytics, and Facebook Pixel
• Email engagement data via Klaviyo when you open or click emails we send
• Phone number and SMS consent if you opt in via our store popup
• PD Arcade activity when you play — game scores, play history, PD Coin and reward point balances, rewards redeemed, and the avatar, frame, and badges on your player profile
• Guest arcade play before you create an account — a play count and session progress stored in your browser so free plays and earned points can carry over when you sign up
• Product reviews you submit, including your display name, rating, review text, and any photos or videos you upload

How We Use It

• To fulfill and ship your orders
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service communications
• To send marketing emails if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe any time
• To send SMS notifications about new releases and exclusive drops if you've opted in — reply STOP any time to unsubscribe
• To run the PD Arcade — tracking plays, crediting points earned from games and purchases, applying boosts, and processing reward redemptions
• To show arcade leaderboards — your display name, avatar, frame, badges, and score are visible to other players. Your email address and order details are never shown.
• To send PD Arcade emails if you've joined the PD Arcade list — you can unsubscribe any time
• To prevent cheating, abuse, and fraud in the PD Arcade
• To publish your product reviews on the store and credit PD Coins for approved reviews. Published reviews show your display name, rating, review text, and any photos or videos you added. Your email address and order details are never shown.
• To feature your product reviews, including photos and videos, in our social media posts (such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook). We don't use them in paid ads. See our Terms of Service for details.
• To improve the store experience and understand how people use the site
• To run targeted advertising via Facebook and Instagram

Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep your cart active, remember your preferences, track guest arcade plays, and analyze site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings but some features, including guest arcade play, may not work correctly.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, including your PD Arcade data and your product reviews. To make a request, email us at sales@producerdrip.com If you're located in the EU or California, additional rights may apply under GDPR and CCPA respectively.

Data Retention

We retain order and customer data as required for legal and accounting purposes. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. PD Arcade data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request; deleting it removes your PD Coins, reward points, and player profile. Product reviews, including their photos and videos, stay published until you ask us to remove them or we remove them under our review rules.
