Processing Time
Print-on-demand orders are produced after you place them. Standard processing time is 2–7 business days before your order ships. During high volume periods or limited drops, processing may take slightly longer — we'll communicate any delays.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates — actual delivery times depend on your local carrier and customs processing.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more shipping to the United States. Orders below $75 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Exclusive Drop Shipping
Exclusive drop items are fulfilled directly by Producer Drip and ship worldwide. Shipping costs for exclusive drops are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package through delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 14 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to make it right.
